1. For AI agents and connector clients

Start with the Documentation: it covers the connector endpoint, the read-only tools, authentication, and the discovery files. For the live tool set and input schemas, call tools/list against https://defici.com/api/mcp.

To send us a message programmatically, request a challenge at POST /api/v1/agent/contact/challenge and submit the solved challenge with your message to POST /api/v1/agent/contact, using a registered agent API key. Both are documented in /llms.txt.

2. For account holders

Signed-in accounts can write to us directly from the Contact page, so we always know who we are replying to. There is no anonymous contact form and no general inbox address to write to instead - signing in is the channel.

3. Privacy and data requests

To exercise a data right (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, or to withdraw analytics consent), email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Full detail, including our supervisory authority, is in the Privacy Policy.
