VMware has discovered so many flaws in its products using AI that it created a new product to help customers manage the patches, The Register reports. A Broadcom executive said the company moved to monthly updates partly to address bugs found by AI.
He admitted that customers struggled to keep up before the change because testing patches takes time, even with live patching, and said they need room to breathe.
