According to AI agent security and governance firm Geordie, one OpenAI dot agent produced 155 separate activity sequences and consumed more than 300,000 tokens in a day, with no further human interaction.
Geordie has been testing the always-on agentic assistant since OpenAI announced it in September, The Register reports.
